A to-do list you talk to. Hold the orb and say what’s on your mind, however it comes out. Headclear turns it into tasks, lists and reminders, files each one in the right space, and shows you everything on one screen to confirm. Then it reminds you, as firmly as you like, until they’re done.

Nothing until you agree. Your voice is turned into text on your iPhone, and the audio never leaves it. Once you say yes, the words of each capture go to Headclear’s server and to Claude, made by Anthropic, with what’s needed to understand them: your spaces and lists, open and recently finished tasks, memories that match, names you taught it and how many tasks you have. Turn it off in Settings → Understanding, and a simpler reader on your iPhone takes over, so nothing is sent.

Yes. Speech is turned into text on your iPhone, and without a connection a simpler reader on the phone turns what you said into tasks. Your tasks, reminders and alarms all work offline, and your changes sync when you’re back online.

Headclear is free, with 10 captures a month understood by Claude. Headclear Pro is $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year in the US (local prices vary), with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers, and gives you up to 40 captures a day. Every plan has fair-use limits on captures, which may change, so Claude stays quick for everyone. Your tasks, reminders and nagging are never limited.

There’s nothing to sign up for. Headclear makes an anonymous account for you, so your spaces, lists and tasks are backed up from the start. Sign in with Apple in Settings → Account to keep them if you lose or reset your iPhone, to use them on your other devices, and on the web app when it arrives. Apple may share your name and email with us, or a private relay address if you hide it.

In Headclear, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. It deletes your account and everything in it from our server, erases your subscription record at RevenueCat, and disconnects Sign in with Apple. It can’t be undone. It doesn’t cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that too if you have one.

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Headclear, and cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn’t cancel it.
