Headclear Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Reachwise AI Limited ("we", "us"), the maker of Headclear. By using Headclear you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Headclear does
Headclear is a voice-first to-do app. You say what's on your mind, and it turns that into tasks, lists and reminders, then reminds you until they're done.
With your permission, Headclear uses Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, to understand what you say. AI can get things wrong: it can mishear a name, pick the wrong day or file a task in the wrong place. That's why Headclear shows you what it understood and you confirm every change before it's made. You're responsible for your tasks and reminders, and for checking them.
Reminders, notifications and alarms are best-effort. They depend on iOS and your settings, such as Focus and notification permissions, and may not arrive. Don't rely on Headclear for emergencies, medical needs or anything safety-critical.
Subscriptions
- Headclear is free to download. Headclear Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $6.99 a month or $49.99 a year in the US. Prices in other countries vary, and are shown in the app before you buy.
- Free trial: new subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app or your Headclear account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Fair use
Every plan, Pro included, has fair-use limits on how many captures Claude understands: currently 10 a month on Free, and up to 40 a day on Pro. We may change these limits. Current limits are shown in the app.
Your account
Headclear makes an anonymous account for you automatically. If you sign in with Apple, you're responsible for keeping your Apple Account secure. You can delete your Headclear account at any time in Settings → Account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse Headclear. That means you must not:
- reverse-engineer it, except where the law allows;
- interfere with its servers or other people's use of it;
- try to get around its fair-use limits;
- use it for anything unlawful.
Your content
Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Headclear for you, including sending it to Claude when you've agreed, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Headclear reliable but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Understanding with Claude needs an internet connection and depends on Anthropic's service, which can be unavailable. We may update Headclear and these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app first.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, we're not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses;
- anything caused by a reminder, notification or alarm that didn't arrive or arrived late, or by a task that was understood or filed wrongly.
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Headclear in the 12 months before the claim.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Headclear or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections your local consumer law gives you.
